Private pay

Private pay does not involve your insurance company which means we will not be in contact with your insurance company in any capacity.  It will be a fee for service. You may link a credit/debit card in the client portal or pay by cash/check on date of service.

HSA follows the same fee schedule as private pay. You may either link your HSA account in our client portal for direct payment or submit receipts to your HSA for reimbursement. The initial appointment will be schedule for either 1 or 2 hours; 1 hour is for a general intake, 2 hour is for general intake AND eating disorder assessment.

INITIAL INTAKE APPOINTMENT

• General intake 1 hour: $310         OR                 

• General intake + Eating Disorder intake 2 hour: $450

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS:

• 10/15 minutes: $60.

• 25/30 minutes: $110.

• 40/45 minutes: $168.

• 50/55 minutes:  $200.
